中考生心理輔導(dǎo)八大常見問題

  只要自己努力了,學(xué)習(xí)效率高,根本不用去擔(dān)心比別人落后。做好 以下幾步:首先清晰自己的考試目標;對老師布置的作業(yè)做個性化裁剪———有些部分要放大強化,有些部分可省略刪除;完成該完成的任務(wù)后,就可以放心休息。這樣,睡眠質(zhì)量高,第二天,精氣神足,上課時注意力就集中了。

  離中考很近了,可偏偏在這緊要關(guān)頭,緊張和焦慮開始蔓延,巨大的心理壓力正考驗著每一位為夢想而努力的考生。“大敵當前”,考生們該如何放下心理包袱,輕松備考呢?

  Q1其實自己很努力了,但看到別的同學(xué)都在拼,總是擔(dān)心自己會落后,怎么辦?

  A:有些學(xué)生會覺得“別人都那么努力了,如果我不抓緊學(xué)習(xí)就會比別人落后”,所以會連續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)很長時間。在這里考生們存在一個誤區(qū):時間等于效率(即學(xué) 習(xí)時間越長效率就越高)。大家要記住“8-1>8”的定律,意思是:如果一天學(xué)習(xí)八個小時,其中拿出一個小時的時間休息、運動和娛樂,那么吸收的知識量會大于8小時純粹的學(xué)習(xí)所獲得的知識量。另外,只要自己努力了,學(xué)習(xí)效率高,根本不用去擔(dān)心比別人落后。做好以下幾步:首先清晰自己的考試目標;對老師布置的作業(yè)做個性化裁剪———有些部分 要放大強化,有些部分可省略刪除;完成該完成的任務(wù)后,就可以放心休息。這樣,睡眠質(zhì)量高,第二天,精氣神足,上課時注意力就集中了。
